"I go to Cara's yoga classes because I know I'll leave feeling better than when I walked in. It happens every time. It's just the right mix of meditation and an intense workout. She teaches to everyone's personal level and there's never any judgment. No matter how challenging a pose is, she can still make me laugh during it. Every class is different but the results are same: you feel better." - Olga N, College Professor
